    About the role#

    The Robbins College Advising Office at Baylor University is hiring a Student Worker to support daily operations. This role involves administrative tasks and direct interaction with students and visitors. You will work at least 10 hours per week between 8am and 5pm.

    What you'll do#

    • Greet visitors and clients, answer inquiries, and provide information.
    • Provide general office support and assist with various projects or tasks.
    • Maintain files and reports while ensuring strict confidentiality of all student records.
    • Follow directions and complete assigned work in a reasonable timeframe.

    What you'll need#

    • Reliability and punctuality are required. You must be present at your scheduled times.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work with accuracy.
    • A positive, helpful attitude when interacting with staff and students.
    • Students from Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology majors are encouraged to apply.

    • This is a paid, on-site role with an ongoing term.
