About the role#
This role supports the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence. You will provide customer service and handle light administrative tasks for the department. The position starts in Fall 2026 and is an ongoing opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and check in student-athletes and tutors for their appointments.
- Manage the checkout process for supplies.
- Notify individuals if they are late for their scheduled sessions.
- Perform daily tasks with attention to detail.
- Attend all scheduled shifts regularly.
What you'll need#
- Strong time management skills and a personable approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
- Commitment to following departmental and NCAA policies.
- Participation in required onboarding education.
- Clear communication with supervisors and teammates regarding schedule changes.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Modality: On-site at the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
- Schedule: Minimum of 6 hours available per week.
- Pay: $9 per hour.
