About the role#
The Student-Athlete Center for Excellence is looking for a student worker to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides customer service and administrative support for the center. You will work on-site in Waco, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors as they arrive at the center.
- Check in student-athletes and tutors for their scheduled appointments.
- Manage the check-out process for office supplies.
- Send reminders to parties who are late for their sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about your schedule.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- You are personable and pay close attention to detail.
- You possess strong time management skills.
- You can follow departmental and NCAA policies.
- You are available for at least 6 hours per week.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Minimum of 6 hours per week, with shifts available during operating hours (closed Saturdays).
- Pay: $9 per hour.
- Term: Starts Fall 2026.
