About the role#
This position supports the operations of the Baylor soccer program. You will assist with the daily requirements of an NCAA Division 1 team, including practice setup, team laundry, and delivery management. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, or Kinesiology.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily tasks.
- Assist with practice preparation and team laundry.
- Manage deliveries and maintain internal records.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and callers.
- Generate reports and assist with event planning.
- Create content or help maintain department websites.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

- Ability to follow University policies.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- A strong work ethic to support team operations.
Location & details#
- Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: Minimum 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2 PM and 7 PM and some weekend availability.
- Compensation: $7.25 to $10 per hour.
