About the role#
This student worker position supports the Bear Foundation at Baylor University. You will work 20 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester to help manage donor relations and operations at the Simpson Athletic Complex.
What you'll do#
- Help donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases, exchanges, and account management.
- Explain giving opportunities, season ticket benefits, and parking options to members.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding memberships, ticketing, and event attendance.
- Assist with event logistics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration major.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to assist with ticketing tasks.

- This role is located on-site at the Simpson Athletic Complex in Waco, Texas.
- The position is paid at a rate of $9.00 per hour.
