About the role#
This position supports the Logistics Strategist at Baylor University in coordinating and executing campus events. You will work with departmental and student organizations to ensure events run smoothly and follow all campus policies.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate event logistics for various campus groups.
- Draft event agreements and maintain communication with clients through phone and email.
- Create room layouts using specialized software.
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with professionalism.
- Manage multiple tasks independently while paying close attention to detail.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing programs.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage your own workload.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Minimum 12-15 hours per week between 8am and 5pm.
- Status: Paid, part-time, on-site.
