About the role#
The Office of the Registrar is hiring a Student Worker to assist faculty, staff, and students with general inquiries. You will provide administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding university records. This position is suitable for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Provide general office support.
- Greet visitors and answer questions with a focus on customer service.
- Assist with various office projects and activities.
- Handle daily tasks including distributing mail, scanning documents, and preparing outgoing mail.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of enrollment at Baylor University.
- Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Commitment to university policies and data confidentiality.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to work independently.

- This role is based on-site at the Clifton Robinson Tower in Waco, Texas.
- The position is for the Summer 2026 term.
- This is a paid, part-time student worker position.
