About the role#
The Student Productions Intern supports the Student Productions Committee and the All-University Sing production. You will serve as the Sing Judge Coordinator, managing the recruitment, selection, and on-campus experience for event judges.
What you'll do#
- Act as the primary liaison between the Department of Student Activities and event judges.
- Manage outreach to potential judges and maintain communication with those selected.
- Create judge resources, including training materials, scorecards, and bios.
- Coordinate travel logistics and on-campus schedules for judges.
- Collect reimbursement information and event feedback from judges after productions.
- Attend biweekly meetings with your supervisor to track project progress.
- Help plan and attend five judge dinners and support the scoring process during five evening productions.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student status.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience in performance production management or event planning.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor for interacting with guests and staff.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: 10 hours per week, with increased hours during show weeks in February.
- This is a paid, on-site position.
