About the role#
The Yearbook Outreach and Engagement Representative leads efforts to promote yearbook sales. You will manage outreach from start to finish to ensure consistent engagement across campus. This position is open to students in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Create and send email marketing campaigns for sales, deadlines, and special offers.
- Manage social media accounts to drive awareness and interest.
- Reach out to students, parents, and campus groups to encourage purchases.
- Track engagement trends and provide weekly updates to the yearbook team.
- Find new ways to promote the yearbook online and in person.

- Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently.
- Outgoing communication style for connecting with students and partners.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear, confident writing skills.
- Comfort using social media and learning new digital tools.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Castellaw Communications, Room 226, in Waco, Texas.
- The term covers Fall 2027 and Winter 2028.
- This is a paid position working 16 hours per week, which includes a performance-based scholarship of $1,500 per semester.
