    About the role#

    Women's Basketball Student Employees provide daily program support for practice, gameday, and offseason operations. You will work directly with program staff to assist with team preparation and business administration. This role is a part-time position requiring 5-15 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Set up for practices and gamedays.
    • Run drills and workouts, including tracking statistics and operating the clock.
    • Manage video and film operations.
    • Handle general office administration and business operations tasks.
    • Complete assigned projects and activities as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Business Administration major or related field.
    • Familiarity with basketball skills.
    • A minimum GPA of 2.00.
    • Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
    • Professional conduct and adherence to NCAA and university policies.
