About the role#
This is a full-time internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Project Management Office to support the planning, development, and delivery of initiatives that ensure a consistent experience for employees. You will work on operational processes and contribute to the execution of strategic projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the implementation of CRE initiatives and program tools.
- Analyze data to provide insights and develop recommendations.
- Design and produce reports and dashboards for the team.
- Build and participate in change management plans, including readiness assessments and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate activities for strategic initiatives while tracking key metrics and milestones.
- Identify, diagnose, and solve problems using sound judgment.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to protect bank assets and adhere to policies.
- Communicate project principles and standards, including drafting tailored messaging.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration or Operations Management.
- A strong desire to learn and a motivated approach to new challenges.
- In-depth analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to influence others effectively.
- Knowledge of enterprise processes, policies, and organizational structures.
- Experience identifying areas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
