About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program that functions like a startup accelerator. You will join a team to develop a solution for a complex customer problem. Throughout the summer, you will work on a challenge project, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and apply Booz Allen engagement models to your work. The program concludes with a final competition and presentation to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop ideas and solutions for customer problems.
- Work in teams on specific challenge projects.
- Learn from senior leaders through mentorship.
- Apply company products to solve technical challenges.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation for senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Experience with .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in academic, professional, or internship settings.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- You must be scheduled to earn a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
