About the role#
This is a 10 to 12 week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our feed mill facilities to learn how feed is manufactured and delivered to support turkey production. The program focuses on professional development and project work within our manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn daily feed mill operations including ingredient management and manufacturing.
- Partner with team members and leaders to support safety, maintenance, and production initiatives.
- Assist with projects focused on equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
- Analyze data and present your findings and recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a feed mill environment, which includes exposure to heights, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.

- Locations: Ozark, Arkansas; Yellville, Arkansas; or Columbus, Kansas.
- This is a full time, on-site position.
- This role is designated as safety sensitive for drug and alcohol screening purposes.
