About the role#
The Technology Enablement & IT Operations Internship offers a broad view of how a modern technology organization supports its business. You will work across various teams to gain exposure to the people, processes, and tools required to keep technology reliable, secure, and effective. This program is a paid, full-time opportunity for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to IT operations by working with Technology Enablement teams.
- Learn to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and support business applications.
- Explore how teams monitor application health, performance, and availability.
- Observe how technology incidents are managed and how changes are implemented.
- Understand the role of workplace technology and productivity platforms.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
- Explore how AI and agentic capabilities support operational tasks.
- Complete a project that connects multiple areas of IT operations and present your findings to team members and leaders.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in IT operations, application support, technology reliability, automation, or AI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to organize your work, ask questions, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with scripting, cloud technologies, data analysis, monitoring tools, automation, or generative AI is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
