About the role#
Cerity Partners is hiring a Tax Admin Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This paid, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in the financial services industry. You will work 25 to 30 hours per week from January through mid-April. This role is based on-site in Louisville, Kentucky.
What you'll do#
- Build, organize, scan, and prepare client source files for tax preparation.
- Use GoFileRoom for project management and Engagement Manager for document storage.
- Organize and generate electronic client data using Adobe Acrobat.
- Help Tax Administrators assemble client tax return deliverables.
- Complete other tasks as requested by Tax Advisors and Tax Administrators.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
- A minimum 3.2 GPA.
- A major in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Active participation in campus organizations, with a preference for leadership roles or prior professional work experience.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Alignment with the mission and core values of Cerity Partners.
