    About the role#

    The Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) internship serves as an entry point into our two-year rotational program. You will work at our corporate headquarters in Houston for a 10-12 week term during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide exposure to our business operations and leadership.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete one project assignment over the course of your internship.
    • Apply finance and commercial principles to real business challenges in the energy industry.
    • Participate in training sessions, social events, and networking opportunities with program members, alumni, and senior leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an MBA program.
    • At least 3 years of work experience prior to your MBA.
    • A solid grasp of finance and accounting principles.
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
    • Permanent U.S. work authorization (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
    • Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
