About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. You will work within our Country Operations Division to support our sales representatives and help provide service to our cooperative customers. This role requires on-site work and involves learning the daily operations of an agronomy plant.
What you'll do#
- Assist Agronomy Production Sales Specialists with field tasks like crop scouting, soil sampling, and solving agronomic problems.
- Use integrated pest management techniques to identify treatment thresholds.
- Write and present reports to your supervisor or customers.
- Learn the features of our agronomy products and services.
- Help with over-the-counter sales, product deliveries, and inventory management.
- Learn to operate warehouse equipment and maintain facility standards.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
- Assist with custom application if you are qualified and the need arises.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Previous internship experience.
- A background or experience in agriculture.
- Commercial Application Certification.
- The physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
