About the role#
This internship position joins a small innovation team focused on developing and evaluating new concepts for Hay and Forage equipment. You will work on sensing technology and contribute to the full project cycle, including design, build, and testing phases.
What you'll do#
- Assist with concept evaluation and coordinate field evaluations.
- Collect and process data.
- Install mechanical and electrical components.
- Operate agricultural equipment.
- Suggest improvements to concepts identified during testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Agricultural and Biological, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of data collection systems.
- Ability to operate agricultural equipment.
- Experience with vision sensors is preferred.

- Location: New Holland, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $23.69 to $25.75 per hour.
