About the role#
The Harvesting Electrical and Electronic Systems Validation team plans and executes tests for software, electronic, and mechanical systems in our crop harvesting equipment. As a Test Engineering Intern, you will work with experienced engineers to validate new designs and troubleshoot current systems. This role focuses on ensuring our products remain safe, reliable, and high-performing for customers.
What you'll do#
- Conduct software testing in the lab and in the field to validate electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and schematics to debug electronic components and mechanical assemblies.
- Support vehicle-level troubleshooting from both electrical and software perspectives.
- Analyze electrical systems to find potential issues and suggest improvements.
- Collect and evaluate test data, then compile your findings into reports for stakeholders.
- Work with development teams to resolve operational issues and introduce design changes.
- Perform root cause analysis on in-service problems including reliability, safety risks, and corrosion.
- Help implement corrective actions to improve product durability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
