About the role#
This is an 8-month co-op position based in Kitchener, Ontario. You will join our IT team to help deliver process automation solutions across the organization. This role offers exposure to software delivery practices and business operations in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Build complex automations using the UIPath platform.
- Perform data manipulation involving lists, strings, data tables, and dictionaries.
- Manage email and Excel automation tasks.
- Handle exceptions and work with UIPath Orchestrator.
- Maintain version control using Bitbucket.
- Take ownership of specific business processes to automate.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a co-op program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Practical software development experience with automation tools like UIPath or Blue Prism.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: Hybrid (2 days per week in office).
- Term: 8 months.
- Compensation: $23 - $34 per hour.
