About the role#
Columbia College is hiring six students to serve as Recruiting Assistants for the Business Competition Team. You will work directly with the coaching staff to identify and attract new students to the team. This is a part-time position that offers $17 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Plan campus visits for prospective team members.
- Host recruits during their time on campus.
- Work with the coaching staff to evaluate potential recruits and their fit for the team.
- Travel to area high schools and competitions to manage promotional booths.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student on the traditional campus in Columbia, Missouri.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database systems.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
