About the role#
The Admissions Graduate Assistant supports the daily operations of the Columbia College Admissions Office. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Events Operations Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly. This role requires a professional approach to customer service and communication with students, staff, and visitors.
What you'll do#
- Manage the front desk by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Assist with event planning, including set-up and tear-down.
- Lead campus tours for prospective students and visitors.
- Conduct student recruitment through phone, text, and email outreach.
- Collaborate with staff on daily office operations.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Acceptance into the Columbia College Graduate Program.
- Experience as an athlete.
Location & details#
- Location: Columbia, MO.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The role follows a rolling application schedule.
- Compensation is $15 per hour.
- Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
