About the role#
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring an IT Co-op for Summer 2027. This full-time, on-site position in Milford, Massachusetts, provides hands-on experience in system management and technical support. You will work directly with our Support and Jobsite Operations teams to maintain our technical infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Support the IT team with system updates, data backups, and security protocols.
- Document technical procedures for future reference.
- Provide direct support and training to end-users.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related IT field.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management tools.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
