About the role#
This position serves as a teaching assistant for the PSY-101 course instructed by Christopher Hawk. The role supports the HSS Department during the Fall 2026 term. Employment runs from August 31 to December 18, 2026, with an expected workload of 10 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Grade student assignments.
- Manage the Moodle course page, including entering grades.
- Assist the instructor with course-related tasks and research.
- Complete additional assignments as needed.
- Track and report your hours worked.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a matriculated student at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
- A grade of B or better in PSY-101.
- Good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and no current academic warning.
- Flexible time management skills.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Redmond, Washington, and requires on-site work. Remote work outside of Washington is not permitted.
- You may not work during any time you have a scheduled class, even if a class is canceled or ends early.
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.
- The pay range is $17.13 to $18.25 per hour, based on the number of terms previously worked at DigiPen.
- Academic requirement waivers may be available for qualified candidates.
