About the role#
As a Leadership Rotation Network (LRN) Analyst Intern, you will work within a middle or back-office team. Placements include areas such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Product Control, Credit Risk, Project Management, Business Management, or Finance. This is a 10-week summer internship designed to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how trading functions work together.
What you'll do#
- Apply your knowledge and skills to deliver value in your assigned team.
- Lead projects and participate in daily processes to support the trading business.
- Analyze situations and develop solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business operations.
- Collaborate within diverse teams and build relationships with your cohort.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Basic proficiency in Python, including experience with pandas, API interaction, and writing scripts.
- Ability to write intermediate SQL queries such as JOINs, CTEs, and PIVOT.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a capacity for rapid learning.
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- The position requires on-site work.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
