    About the role#

    Emerson is hiring a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will gain hands-on experience in quality control and supply chain operations. You will work on-site for 40 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage incoming inspections to ensure material quality and provide guidance to manufacturing sites.
    • Collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to verify that technical specifications are met.
    • Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans and material verification methods.
    • Support process improvements for material reviews and production part approvals.
    • Build professional relationships with suppliers, operations, and engineering teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Zero years of related experience.

    • Compensation: $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience and year in school.
