About the role#
The Logistics Intern supports the North America Logistics team with data analysis, reporting, and cost tracking. This role provides hands-on experience in project logistics and supply chain operations while helping the team improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. You will work with Logistics, Project Management, Sourcing, and Finance teams to maintain reporting tools and document processes.
What you'll do#
- Maintain shipment trackers, logistics dashboards, and KPI reports.
- Support the analysis of freight spend, shipment volumes, and transportation modes.
- Assist with tracking transportation costs against project logistics budgets.
- Document logistics processes and workflows.
- Analyze trends and highlight potential performance issues for the team to review.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Data Science.
