About the role#
As a Structural Engineering Intern, you will work on transportation projects while gaining practical experience in the design field. You will work under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager to apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned culture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the industry.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Completion of at least 2 years toward your degree is preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
