    About the role#

    This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in adhesive product development within a global manufacturing organization. You will work directly with chemists and scientists to support projects and create formulations for electric device applications in a laboratory setting.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct hands-on adhesive product development in the laboratory.
    • Prepare batch formulations by following written instructions.
    • Learn about chemical ingredients and formulation processes.
    • Collect and organize data, then communicate observations regarding experimental outcomes.
    • Support projects assigned by senior chemists, scientists, or lab managers.
    • Use problem-solving skills to manage project bottlenecks and meet deadlines.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028, or as a graduate student.
    • Pursuit of a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Biology.
    • Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Previous internship experience is preferred.

    • Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (May 24th to August 13th).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22-$27 per hour, depending on education level.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
