About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide students with corporate experience and professional development. You will work on-site in Wilmington, Massachusetts, during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the launch of a new manufacturing process.
- Identify and solve process-related challenges.
- Assist with process improvement, documentation development, fixture design, and commissioning.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Provide support and assistance to co-workers.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and graduation date.
