About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site and travel to industrial construction project sites across the United States. We provide training and mentorship, so you do not need prior experience in electrical construction or automation to succeed here. We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
What you'll do#
- Help manage industrial construction projects across the country.
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving.
- Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFI's, submittals, and logistics.
- Build professional relationships with customers and teammates.
- Develop your leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Travel to project sites to experience work in the field.
What you'll need#
- Currently studying Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people.
- Organized, motivated, and eager to solve problems.
- Excited to travel and work on projects across the country.
- Curious, coachable, and ready to learn.

- Location: Lincoln, Nebraska.
- Travel: This role involves national travel to project sites throughout the lower 48 states.
