About the role#
As a Project Controls student, you will join the Project Execution Team within our Engineering Services department in Saint John. You will focus on the reporting, schedule management, and data handling required for large-scale improvement initiatives. This role offers a look at how data informs decision-making and how engineering tasks move from planning to execution.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and visualize project data for reporting.
- Manage project data using Microsoft Suite tools like Excel and SharePoint.
- Analyze workflows and project data to help improve internal processes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- You must have finished at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong analytical skills and a talent for managing data.
- A demonstrated interest in software design.
- You work well with others and communicate clearly.
- A detail-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and the full project lifecycle.

- This position is based on-site in Saint John, New Brunswick.
- This is a full-time, paid role.
