About the role#
As a Mechanical Reliability Co-op Engineering Student, you will join the Reliability Team to support and execute long-term initiatives throughout the Refinery. This role involves a mix of office-based research and hands-on site work. You will help maintain equipment, manage data, and contribute to facility sustainability projects.
What you'll do#
- Support and execute long-term reliability initiatives.
- Perform bill of material updates and warehouse cleanup tasks.
- Create and oversee the rollout of equipment management plans.
- Analyze data and research technical concepts to sustain equipment.
- Participate in physical tasks such as lifting or climbing as required by the site environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a Mechanical Engineering program.
- A mindset that prioritizes safety in all tasks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
