About the role#
This co-op position is based in the MedTech Quality Systems and Digital Services group. You will report to the MedTech Quality Systems Digital Strategy and Deployment Lead. The role focuses on software projects, software governance, and quality system solutions within Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams across MedTech on software projects and software governance.
- Support and perform validation activities for quality system solutions, including requirement development, validation planning, and software testing.
- Develop and contribute to training materials, such as procedures and knowledge articles.
- Promote digital culture and capabilities across medical devices.
- Meet with Quality management to discuss risks and opportunities for specific projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Completion of at least your second year of school by January 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to April 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
