About the role#
This nine-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in the Corporate Analyst Development Program. You will work on projects that influence business outcomes and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. The program focuses on three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement. This role is not aligned to front-office, client-facing, or software engineering positions. It is designed for students who enjoy working with data and solving complex business problems.
What you'll do#
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation.
- Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities.
- Help implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact.
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track and communicate updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools.
- Preferred: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
