About the role#
This 9-week Summer Analyst program provides an introduction to the Operations function at JPMorganChase. You will join one of our lines of business to support day-to-day activities and contribute to core services. The program includes comprehensive training followed by on-the-job experience. Successful completion of the program may lead to an offer for full-time employment.
What you'll do#
Your responsibilities depend on your specific team assignment and may include:
- Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle.
- Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets.
- Analyze reference data to support trading activities.
- Support data analytics and reporting for your team.
- Identify process gaps to optimize workflows in collaboration with Technology teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work within deadlines.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at one of the following locations: Newark, DE; Columbus, OH; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Tempe, AZ.
