About the role#
The Kraft Heinz Sales Internship is a ten-week leadership development program. It is designed for students who want to explore the food and beverage industry while gaining hands-on experience. This program includes a one-week onboarding session in Chicago, followed by eight weeks of project work and a final week of executive presentations. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time sales roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Hone your understanding of the business and industry.
- Collaborate across departments to support our brands.
- Explore new business opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Conduct a group business challenge to research insights and uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver final presentations to the executive leadership team.
- Participate in weekly sessions to develop leadership skills.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Ability to think innovatively and solve problems.
- A drive to challenge the status quo.
- Leadership potential and a desire to make an impact.
- Passion for our company values and the future of our brands.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Locations: Rogers, Arkansas or Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Pay: $28 per hour.
- A one-time housing stipend is provided for sales interns.
