About the role#
The 2027 US Operations Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience based in Chicago. This program supports non-manufacturing operations functions, including supply chain, quality, and procurement. It is designed to prepare high-performing individuals for future leadership roles within the company.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a 10-week program featuring one week of onboarding, eight weeks of project work, and one week of final presentations.
- Identify business opportunities and lead improvement projects from scoping through execution.
- Analyze current-state performance, gather data, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement practical solutions.
- Support digital and systems evolution while contributing to supply chain performance.
- Collaborate across the business to help grow iconic brands.
- Present your project outcomes, impact, and key learnings to executive leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Economics.
- Ability to lead through challenges and solve complex problems.
- Desire to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
- Genuine interest in the values and future of our brands.

- Compensation: $28 per hour ($1,120 per week).
