About the role#
The 2027 Canada Internship Program is a 15-week leadership development experience designed to prepare future leaders. You will spend one week on immersive onboarding, fourteen weeks working on a business project, and a final week presenting your work to executive leadership. This full-time, paid program offers mentorship, weekly leadership development sessions, and the chance to return for future opportunities based on performance.

- Present final projects to executive leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Ability to lead through challenges and simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Passion for our company values and the future of our brands.
- Valid work authorization in Canada as sponsorship is not provided.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario (Queen's Quay Headquarters).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10, 2027 to August 20, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $27.40 CAD per hour.
