About the role#
The Kraft Heinz R&D Internship is a ten-week leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders. You will spend one week in onboarding, eight weeks working on project-based business opportunities, and one week presenting your findings to executive leadership. This is a paid, full-time opportunity that includes mentorship and exposure to senior executives.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured leadership development program.
- Design and execute product testing to strengthen quality.
- Drive innovation and develop packaging improvements.
- Research insights and uncover new business opportunities.
- Explore ESG priorities and opportunities for Gen Z audiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Nutrition, or Communications.
- Ability to lead through challenges and simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A strong interest in the company values and brand future.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Glenview, Illinois.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Housing is provided for the duration of the program.
- Compensation is $28 USD per hour.
