About the role#
The 2027 US Finance Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience designed to grow future leaders. You will spend the summer working within teams such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Unit Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Customer Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or Treasury & Tax. The program includes one week of onboarding, eight weeks focused on a specific business project, and one week of final presentations to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify value-creation opportunities.
- Deliver analytics-driven improvements to strengthen financial performance and decision-making.
- Own a clearly defined project scope and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation.
- Participate in weekly sessions to develop leadership skills and gain exposure to senior executives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Ability to act as an innovative thinker and problem solver.
- Interest in taking on leadership opportunities and a passion for company values.

- Compensation: $28 USD per hour ($1,120 USD weekly).
