About the role#
The 2027 Marketing Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience based in Chicago. This program is designed for students who want to understand the food and beverage industry while contributing to iconic brands. Interns participate in immersive onboarding, project-based work, and final presentations for executive leadership. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on high-impact projects across brand management, consumer insights, and portfolio marketing.
- Analyze consumer data to help strengthen brand plans and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move ideas from initial insight to final execution.
- Conduct consumer insights research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in a group business challenge to uncover growth opportunities for the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Economics, or Finance.
- Ability to think innovatively and solve problems effectively.
- Capacity to lead through challenges and take initiative on projects.
- A genuine interest in the company's brands and values.

- Compensation: $28 per hour ($1,120 per week).
- Employment type: Full-time summer internship.
- Housing: Provided for the duration of the program.
