About the role#
The 2027 US HR Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience based in Chicago. You will join a team to partner with business leaders and employees, focusing on strengthening organizational health and performance. The program includes an onboarding week, eight weeks of project work, and a final week of presentations to executive leadership. Interns receive mentorship from business leadership and have regular opportunities to meet with senior executives.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding enhancements.
- Conduct workforce planning and analytics.
- Initiate employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide learning and development program support.
- Own a defined project scope and collaborate cross-functionally.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Marketing.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lead through challenges.

- Compensation: Paid at $28 per hour ($1,120 weekly).
