About the role#
The 2027 US Manufacturing Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time summer experience based in our Fremont, Ohio facility. This program prepares future supply chain leaders by providing hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations. You will own a defined project scope, work alongside plant teams, and deliver results that improve how we produce food and beverages.
What you'll do#
- Spend one week on immersive plant onboarding to learn our business.
- Receive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System.
- Dedicate eight weeks to a project exploring creative solutions and operational improvements.
- Collaborate across departments including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Deliver regular project updates and a final presentation to leadership.
- Participate in weekly sessions to grow your leadership skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- A strong interest in working within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and focus on continuous improvement.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).

- Compensation: Paid at $28 per hour.
