About the role#
The Kraft Heinz US Manufacturing Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development program based in our Garland, Texas facility. This program provides hands-on experience in supply chain execution and manufacturing operations. Interns work on defined projects to improve plant performance and gain exposure to leadership roles within the company. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with plant teams and business partners on improvement projects.
- Participate in immersive onboarding and training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
- Own and deliver results on specific manufacturing projects, such as process mapping, safety improvements, quality analysis, or downtime reduction.
- Attend weekly sessions to grow leadership skills and meet with business leaders.
- Conduct end-of-program presentations for the executive leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Interest in building a career within manufacturing plants.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead with ambition and humility.

- Compensation: $28 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- This position includes a one-time housing stipend.
