About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship program for Winter 2027. You will work on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana, as part of the Corporate Supply Chain team. The role provides hands-on experience by allowing you to work on projects while engaging with senior leaders and other students.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while meeting established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
- Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Help create and develop process improvement projects.
- Complete a cumulative project summarizing your internship accomplishments and present it to the executive team.
What you'll need#
- You must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply it to business needs.
- You must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the United States.
