About the role#
This is a paid, 11-week summer internship program designed to integrate students into the daily operations of our IT teams. You will lead an individual strategic project that bridges business needs and technology, with the final results presented to senior management. You will work alongside mentors and peers to gain insight into how technology supports functions such as Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Own and execute an individual strategic project that delivers business impact.
- Present project findings and insights to senior leadership.
- Learn about enterprise-wide systems and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams across various IT functions, including Retail IT, Cyber Security, and Business Applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- A major in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technology field.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time starting in September 2028 upon graduation.
