About the role#
This internship focuses on the planning, construction management, and daily operations of facilities across Greenville, Rockwall, and Plano. You will work on smaller projects and routine tasks to help ensure our workspaces meet the needs of our administrative and operational teams. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Create conceptual designs and layouts for space configurations.
- Assist with space allocation, furniture planning, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate modular furniture installations, including electrical, IT cabling, and carpet needs.
- Conduct routine occupancy audits and update space management software.
- Propose solutions for minor process improvements and project-related problems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or International Relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email software.
- Ability to work under general guidance to complete standard tasks.
Location & details#
- Location: Greenville, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours worked over 9 days with every other Friday off.
