About the role#
This is a structured Level II internship designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited academic institution. You will gain hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare through clinical support, co-facilitation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role provides direct exposure to patient-centered services under the guidance of a supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all activities structured by your internship supervisor.
- Assist staff with approved responsibilities that match your training and educational level.
- Evaluate and share feedback about your internship experience.
- Follow all policies and procedures of Lakeview Center, Inc.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety rules.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a behavioral healthcare related program, such as Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Ability to adhere to professional dress and behavior guidelines.
- Reliability in completing, signing, and submitting all required documentation on time.
- Consistent communication with your internship supervisor throughout the program.
- Reliable transportation to and from the internship site.
