About the role#
We are hiring a Business Analyst Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time position based in Ontario, Canada. You will report to the AVP in Enterprise Services and Contact Centres and support the Business Managed Technology Solutions team. This role operates in a hybrid format.
What you'll do#
- Perform business level process discovery and documentation.
- Analyze the robotic process automation (RPA) delivery practice.
- Implement operational and AI innovation opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a plan to return to school after the internship.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort learning and using emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools.
